Welcome! I help people who help people.

I'm an experienced consultant who helps solopreneurs and small businesses thrive by growing audiences, creating transformational courses and products, building partnerships, streamlining organizations, and more. 

I attended Barnard College, Columbia University. I worked simultaneously as a theater director and in marketing and development manager roles at prestigious arts and health non profit organizations. I grew audiences, shared stories, and built membership programs, email lists and social channels from the ground up. 

I then transitioned into working remotely for a US/Spain company, developing health education products and content, from books to online courses to live events to documentary films. Next I served as Director of Growth for Ziva Meditation in New York City, leading their transition from a live course focused business to a 7 figure online meditation learning powerhouse.  

Since fall 2018, I’ve been in the Bay Area working as a consultant. My clients represent a wide range of sectors including functional medicine, fitness, nutrition, yoga, clean beauty, vocal health, parenting, startups, consulting, coaching, corporate workshops, online education providers and more. I love to partner with people who help people.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring California’s natural beauty, experiencing live performance, being with friends, leading neighbors in yoga outdoors and serving on the board of two local non profits.
